WE’VE MADE OUR RETURNS POLICY REALLY SIMPLE
In the instance that you wish to return any items from your Peak15 Fitness order please ensure that:
- Every item is returned within 14 days from receipt of goods
- All tags and brand tags have not have been removed
- Items being returned have not been worn and are in saleable condition
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS
If you wish to send back items from your order, please download and print our return form.
Please include the order number and name of the item(s) you would like to return, as displayed on your email invoice or packing slip.
Make sure the returns label is the only visible postage label. Take the package to any Royal Mail Post Office. Please acquire Proof of Postage, as we cannot provide a refund if your items fail to arrive without one.
If you wish to exchange any items for another size or colour, please state the colour and size you wish to receive in exchange.
The replacement item(s) will be sent within 48 hours of receiving the returned item. We will automatically refund you if the colour or size is no longer available. You will receive an email and/or text in this instance.
Any items bought at a discount during a promotion or a sale will be refunded at the discounted price. Individual items from an order of multiple items will be refunded according to the percentage discount applied and the cost of the individual item(s).
We will send you an email once we have received your item(s). They will then undergo a quality inspection. Should the items that you have sent be deemed unsuitable for return you will be alerted within 48 hours. They will be unsuitable if any items have been worn, are damaged or if any tags have been removed.
Once your refund is agreed it will be processed on the day of receipt.
Once processed, a refund usually takes 3 - 5 working days to be credited back to your account. We will refund the original credit/debit card or PayPal account used to purchase the item. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so always retain proof of postage.
